Planning Before Your Wedding

• Begin unlimited Phone and Email support immediately 
• Initial Planning Meeting with Lead Planner
• Receive Grace and Gold Events preferred Vendor List
• Final Details Meeting with Lead Planner at venue to go over set up, timeline + layout
• Provide checklist for Bride + Groom’s decor
• Vendor management 4 weeks before wedding
• Create detailed timeline for Wedding Day and confirm vendor load in and load out times

Day of Wedding

• Unlimited Hours on the day of wedding overseeing all vendors, decor set up, and coordinating ceremony + reception
• Assistant Coordinator to be provided for up to 8 hours on wedding day assisting Lead Planner
• Greet Vendors and assist with anything they may need
• Set up all decor provided by Bride + Groom as discussed at final details meeting
• Set up escort cards and/ or place cards
• Cue the ceremony on when bridal party will go down the aisle and fluff the bride’s dress
• Cue the DJ or Musician if needed for ceremony
• Direct all guests to cocktail hour
• Coordinate all reception formalities as discussed at final details meeting
• To assist with Cards + gifts and deliver them to assigned wedding guests or bride + groom
• Distributing any final payments to vendors if needed
• Pack up all decor for bride and groom and place in assigned car
• Lead Planner to do a final Walk-thru with venue
• Make sure Bride + Groom and families are stress free on the wedding day!

• Create custom vendor recommendations that fit Bride + Groom Budget and personality
• Arrange and attend Ceremony and Reception Venue Tours
• Weekly check ins making sure that all Couples are on the right track
• Help negotiate with wedding vendor contracts
• Schedule and attend 8 meetings with specific vendors
• Attend Menu Tasting at the venue
• Assist with room blocks and transportation for the Bride + Groom
• Assisting with choosing all Stationary • Guest Management and Logistics
• Review all vendor contracts
• Place and Adjust rental orders
• Develop and maintain wedding budget
• Review final Banquet Event Order (BEO) with Couple
• Final Details Meeting with Lead Planner at venue to go over set up, timeline + layout
